A friend’s colleague ordered for a simple and plain carrot cake. One that has little or no frosting added to it. After baking the carrot cake, I slathered a thin layer of cream cheese frosting to it. Yet something in me wasn’t satisfied with delivering a plain off-white cake in a white box.
It was like giving someone a blank canvass… something just wasn’t right.
So I thought of adding a little design to it. I made small carrots out of fondant, then later on added a white bunny in the middle.
So far they were happy about it.. both for the design and the taste. That made me happy too. ^__^
